I have a Samsung 4g tablet. Mostly Facebook, Words with Friends, a Kindle reading app and of course the browser to visit the KT and other Web sites.

Slot Bonanza, a fun slot game that you can play without being connected. They do give free coins and lots of bonus coins. It isn't real slots where you win real money and I have not had to purchase coins.

Bookworm, Mahjongg, Jigsaw Puzzle games, Fishdom games, Solitaire etc.

Yellow Pages Canada, Weather, Clocks iZip Pro and so much more.

I don't have a tablet, but I luuuvvv my iPod 4. It does everything a tablet would. It uses the iTunes format, but I'm sure the other devices have the same Apps.

I do have the Kindle App if I want to "read." It's not a full function Kindle, but I do have 1,200+ print books in it, right in my iPod. 1,195 of them were free!

I am nearly always listening to audiobooks. I tuck the iPod in the strap of my running bra; it stays in place and I don't even have to wear earbuds to hear it clearly. While I'm doing my mindless work of laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc. I'm being entertained. The audio book is the foreground and the daily grind becomes the background "noise."

I will list some of the Apps I use daily with links to their sites if you want to check them out. Of course, I have dozens more I wouldn't be without, but these are a few of the ones I use daily.

Spendy, but worth every penny. Snoop around the site and you'll see al the features. A detailed bird guide with videos, sound clips, photos...everything!

I don't play any games or do FaceTime, but I do have links to all the Garden Web/Home Site forums on the iPod screen so I can check in often and easily.

I also have apps for Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, Houzz, Pinterest, Flylady, Pioneer Woman, Bernina, Schmetz, Learn Spanish, Project Quilt, Ian's Laces, How-to-tie-a-tie, History Here, Weather Channel, PBS, NASA, KJV Bible, TallyThings, Convert (Measurments), and on, and on, and on, and on. I use them all at least weekly.

oh wow I have tried so many on my various devices.

I'm another friend of Pandora -- I set it to play the kind of music I like.

I have a lot on my Ipad. But the daily and most used are:

Safeway, pandora, magic puzzles, zillow, several email clients, pinterest, words with friends, skype (I MSN chat with my husband at my lunch when he's at work.)

I use the Google Chrome browser the most on my tablet. I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. I don't like the FB app at all. I use the Candy Crush Saga the most after Chrome. And Pinterest after that.

I like the Groupon app

Thank you again for all the ideas. My Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 is now getting a second life. Thanks to debbyab, I am enjoying Pinterest. I didn't know it could do so many things.

I have the Kindle Fire. I use Evernote, Yahoo mail, and Facebook. I don't play games except solitaire on the computer, so I don't have any of them on it. I've had it a year, I think. I'm still learning what it can do.
