A friend sent me this picture of the Jan. 5th storm at Capitola beach. There is usually beach going out to the end of the pier. We had 20-30ft. waves.

Yes, it was taken from my Mediterranean cruise! We passed right by it! Awesome.

That's a little fishing village.
They make their livelyhood from sword fishing there. Supposedly a great fishing site.

And to the right, that rock houses a lighthouse!
