I am sorry you lost your game. Until you find the one you had, here is a site that has lots of games and you can play online with others. I enjoy it alot. It does have the scrabble. I love the Bogo as it is a fast moving game where you find as many words and compete with others online.

anytime something like that happens you need to do a quick and easy system restore to the date before it happened, you can actually still do that. If you know the approximate date that it happened just go to the system restore calendar and select a date prior to that, it will reset your pc back to how it was on that date. It is very easy to do and if it does not work it is easily reversible by just going back and selecting todays date.
Assuming you have xp here are some instructions on how to do this very easy procedure.

if you need to go back to a date in December just look up at the calendar and there are arrows next to January use the

Thanks gals! I will definitely go to these links you suggested and also will try to maneuver back to 'System restored' link! I just now added Java Flash to my hard drive-that is the only one that disappeared on my desktop, when I lost my Scrabble game..so maybe?

definitely try that system restore it sounds like several things are messed up and you probably need to do one to resolve those problems.

this is not a scrabble game but it is one I really enjoy, it is plain white jigsaw puzzle, it helps me clear my mind and focus, there is no picture to distract from the actual puzzle you have to focus on the actual shape of the pieces alone, makes me appreciate the beauty of the simplicity of it. Each level gets harder.

You bet I'll post the site (when I find the darn thing)!!! The only reason I don't like Pogo is because of the 30 sec. breaks and the fact you don't get a full screen when playing. There's no icon to take it to a full screen that I can see, plus I never can see the full bottom line of the board.

Sharon...I have the same problem with Pogo of not being able to see the whole screen. I've contacted them many times about it and keep getting the same answer...to change my resolution. If I change it the way they say to then my icon on my opening page are so small that even with glasses I can barely read them.

there is only about a quarter of an ince missing at the bottom. And about an inche and a quarter on top that they keep those flashing ads in. I don't know why they can't make some adjustments. I like to play the Trivia game, there are four answers to choose from. I only have three showing so I can't play it at all.

Sharon I been searching all the game sites looking for a scrabble game...I ran into a lot of sites that say "Sorry, Scrabble is no longer available". So I wondering if the Scrabble owners have decided to not let the game be played for free or something.

Pogo is the only one that seem to have a real "Scrabble" game.

I also found it on Facebook but it seem you have to play real people. I like playing robots.

I imagine you can buy the game and download it on your computer. I often find the word game discs. at Target or Walmart.

I need to make a trip to Target today and Walmart. (returns) If I get out I'll check to see what they might have.

Patti-how ironic is this? I also have spent 2 hours today trying to find that game. On one site-people could leave comments and 80% of those left-were complaining that they were disgusted that 'their' board was taken offline. I'll just bet it's the one I used. One person said there was no warning-about a month ago it disappeared-that's about the time I lost it! Thanks for trying..boo hoo! By the way-I played 3 games on Pogo today-won all 3..but I HATE that stupid break time. To begin with? 30 sec. isn't time to go potty or grab a sandwich or whatever...so what's the point and obviously it isn't for the players' benefit! LOL As for the screen size? Today, at least I was able to see the entire bottom line but the whole board is too small for my old eyes. Grrrrr

I have had those issues with pogo too. There is an x on the right top of the box -click on it and it should show the
whole screen-to see the bottom line. As far as potty breaks, when I play real people, click on "stand up" during the game, not the 30 sec. break. When you come back, click on "sit" next to your name and you will be back in. A robot takes your place. Sometimes you do get replaced. This will not work when playing the robots-game ends.
As far as the flashing nonsense on top, I took a piece of lightweight cardboard -folded it over and put it over the flash area. I have a laptop-works great. As far as the screen size, no solution there :(
Try these things-took me a while to figure it all out.
