I am not ready for them yet. I still hotflash, when I end up sleeping nice and cozy warm. However, sleeping kinda cool, covers wise, I don't hotflash.

I have fleece sheets and a mattress pad heater...it is 100% heaven when I get in....
BUT
even without the heater I usually am throwing off covers in the middle of the night.
It is not for hot sleepers. If your a cold person you will love.

I have them on my bed - sleep warmly nestled between two!

I'm going to have to look into getting some. I slept with my husband and 6 cats last night and I was still cold!

I just got a set as someone on another board had recommended them. Haven't put on my bed yet, need to strip it and redo in the next a couple of days. DH is always complaining of being cold even with a pile of covers and and heated throw across his feet. Of course he's a skinny string bean,but, I on the other hand am quite fluffy but I'm still prone to being cold but usually warm up once I'm in bed with the flannel sheets. Looking forward to the fleece ones. I ordered mine online from QVC.

Donna, get him a heating pad for his feet - that's what I used to use, in addition to an electric blanket!

I got a set for our bed and Mike just loves them. He is always cold and says he isn't cold at all with these. I don't like to be warm while sleeping but have been sleeping in a recliner for years so him having the fleece sheets is great.

I use my flannel sheets most all year. I always have a Electric Blanket on the bed also. Can you tell I'm cold?

We like our flannel sheets too. We haven't put the heated mattress pad or the heated blanket on yet this year, as we've been toasty with just the sheets and regular bedding.

By "fleece", do you mean flannel? Alicesj mentioned flannel and now I'm not sure what you mean. Could you post a link to some? I do have flannel sheets and love them.

I use them year round. They are warm in winter, and help keep you cool in summer. With them you don't need blankets.

Those of you that have the fleece sheets..are they easier to move on than flannel? I have a very difficult time changing my position in bed even on good quality sheets, and find it almost impossible in a bed with flannel sheets. I wear those satin type of night gowns and that material 'slides' better on the sheets, but I am so weak now that I still get all twisted up in the nightgown. I am always cold, so sleeping in the nude isn't an answer.

I've looked at them, but wonder about the quality to consider. Do they pill after washing? What would you look for to eliminate this possibility?

I tried fleece sheets two winters ago when everyone was so excited about them. Unfortunately, I'm too hot-natured and ended up passing them along to a friend. She uses them to protect her sofas from her dogs. The dogs love them, BTW.

I do like 100% cotton flannel sheets in the winter, but I don't use the pillow cases. I still like a cool pillow even in winter.

They don't pill after washing, but they do shed for quite a few washings. Mine are a couple of years old and no longer do it.

Yesterday I bought a new queen sized set of the fleece sheets in blue from Kohl's. They had a good sale on them and cost $28 and some cents. I washed them and very little lint in the dryer after drying them. They are now on my husband's bed. I hope he likes them. He is always freezing.

You can bet I will NEVER try them! I can't sleep when
I'm hot. I do NOT like flannel sheets either.. or even
the tshirt ones! lol I like the slicker (for lack of a
better word..) woven cotton. I like moving to find
a cool place for my feet all night long. Just like I
will probably never try one of those foam beds! lol

I ordered a set and it arrived today. They are in the dryer now. I like the way they feel and I'm looking forward to putting them on the bed in a few minutes.

Kat, I am totally with you! I like good quality cotton sheets, the smoother the better. BUT, I also really like my wonderful warming blanket...like a regular heating blanket, but toned down. I use it to warm things up when I get into bed, then turn it off. I keep the house chilly in the winter.

I love being able to find the cool spots in the sheets and often flip my pillow at night to the cool side.

I got the fleece sheets on the bed last night and we love them. So soft and cuddly.
