Yes....we have Roadside Assistance also, but a couple of times have been asked to stop and give a stranger a boost because their car wouldn't start. They don't take up hardly any space as we have them rolled up and bungy-corded.

Nope, never have carried jumper cables. We don't have AAA either. We used to, but now there are no local AAA-associated garages/wrecker services so we dropped it.

Yes, but I'm not sure if I would know how to use them especially with this new car of mine. Everything in the engine is covered up when you lift the hood. I've been so trusting in the past when I've had minor vehicle problems. I let male strangers help me. I'm getting a little more leary about that these days. Maybe in my old age, I'm getting a little wiser, I hope. :-)

Sure do!! and a fire ext and first aid kit, a blanket, tire inflation kit and one of those little hammers that will bust out the window and cut a seatbelt! I'm prepared so hopefully I'll never need any of it!

Yes, I do, and I haven't had to use them on my car once. I've used them on others though. I carry them because I remember what it was like to break down and not have any.
