New engineered wood floor has gaps

In the house we are building we saw the floor for the first time this past weekend and noticed there were some gaps in several spots along the short end of the planks.

This is an engineered wood floor that is glued to a slab. What can be done to fix this. I'm guessing just rip it out and re-install?

The floor is supposed to be smooth and doesn't have beveled edges. Gaps in spot range from 1/16->1/8 and in one spot along the trim due to narrow strip it was 1/4. I would have thought they'd use painters tape to hold it in place until glue settled on that one.
