Floor Leveling Guidance needed.

I live on the 2nd floor of a wood-frame condo(built 1987) which has a lightweight concrete floor. I think it's a lightweight concrete because it chipped/gouged fairly easy when I tried to scrape off old linolium adhesive, but I could be wrong. This is in the laundry closet where I would like to replace the limolium with ceramic tiles. The concrete is in good shape but has a slight pitch(3/16 over 4 feet). Is there any way to repair or level this type of concrete? I read that self levelers/mortars won't work on this type of cement. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much. John
