Hancock & Moore was purchased by Century Furniture however many of the key Hancock & Moore personnel have remained at the company & they will still operate out of the Hancock & Moore facility in much of the same manner has they have been operating. Freethinker99 as a former Hancock & Moore retailer have never known them to replace cushion cores to the original owner during the lifetime of their warranty. Cushion cores have a warranty period.

I am Joe and I must confess that Jessica and I have been having a torrid affair. My girlfriend doesn't know, but I don't know how long I can keep living this lie. Thanks to everyone engaging here. I can’t get a close up of it, as its about 25 feet up, and can’t get a top down photo because it’s too far away from the windows above it. Attached is another corner, lower to the ground that looks like it has had a similar problem at some point, though not an issue now. Blue arrow is bottom of gutter where the persistent drips/stream is coming from. Red arrow is where the intermittent drips are coming from. My worry is that the water is draining from the gutter and pooling at purple square as well. Prior owner did very very little maintenance, and what he did do was unskilled DIY. Gutters are also steel, 23 years old, and in a dynamic weather area. I know they are due for replacement, and want to make sure I fix everything that needs fixing if the issue is more than just gutter.
