Are you asking how you set up your Trade List, which is a link off of your Member Page? If so, just go to the bottom of any page here and click on the Member Pages link and then choose Edit Your Exchange Lists and go from there. If you think members mind clicking on My Page link to get to See my Trade List link, then you can just include it in the Optional Link URL box as described above....see your trade list linked below...simply ONE click. I will answer as many as I know. The site does not accept money. The money is all handled by the market manager. You can set it up to have customers have a dollar value "on account". It will subtract their purchases from their balance. The way the other farmer set up his Winter CSA, was people had to deposit $70 with him. Each week their purchases was taken off the $70. When they ran out of money, they could add money back to their account. He said in his contract, that if they didn't spend the $70, the balance was a "Donation" to the farm. If they added more money to it, then he will refund that money. I am going to do this with our market. If people have money on account then they will be more likely to check out the site and buy produce. Also this will give me money to pay the other growers when they come to drop off their produce to me. Another way to do it is that when the customer picks up their order, they have a receipt that says how much they owe. I am unsure how the site knows how much you pay. I am sure Eric, at the site, will know. About drop offs and pick ups. The other farmer is the only person in the state that is using this site. There are 4 other "Growers" who are selling stuff through his site. Our markets ended on October 31. He has been selling produce, using the site, since then. His Winter CSA is running from November 1- December 19th. The drop off point is where the market use to be on a Saturday morning. People have to come and pick up their orders there. You could deliver it to the market or have a different place. You are the one in charge of your market, you decide how you want to do it. Here are my thoughts about it. I would have a drop off/pick up day on a different day of the week. This way you are getting a different crowd to be part of your market. If they can't make it to the market, then they can use the online market. A positive for doing a drop off at a market, you know you have sold X amount of $$'s and everything else is a bonus. This is the extra coding that wordpad has added so that the page comes out like you have made it. Is this file saved as a "doc" file? If so then that is the reason for all the extra coding. It is better to learn html coding with notepad since it will not add any coding on its own. If it was notepad that you used in making the webpage perhaps you tried opening the page in wordpad to see it. this lets wordpad add its own coding so that it can read the page. When you saved the file did you save it as a txt file and added the .htm or .html after the file name? you must do this in order for IE to show the file as a html webpage. I learned html using notepad before there were editors to do html coding. I have tried many editors and i still think Microsoft Front Page is the best for people who just want to have their own webpage. You can find FP on ebay for around $50 for FP2000. I would choose this since it makes it easy to make webpages and you can concentrate on the graphics and content of your pages rather than the html coding. While it is still good to know html coding, it is not necessary to understand it all. JamesS

This is happening when you are trying to connect to the web server, Correct? If so then check your settings that you put in to access the server. Maybe they use a different port to transfer with. When i was using FP 98 i made a shortcut to the editor and bypassed the rest of the program. Since i use a FTP program(Leap FTP)i did not need the rest of FP. FP 2000 is much more integratedand does not have the problems that FP 98 does . JamesS
