Yes, that's what I needed. Outlook is the client or 'application'. The fix is made within the browser, I am assuming IE8 or 9. Click on Tools from the toolbar in Internet Explorer 8 (or 9) and select Internet Options . Then select the Programs tab from the top of the window to access the default browser settings. Click on the 'Make default' button, you can even choose to be alerted if Internet Explorer is not your default browser. Click OK to save your changes. Close IE and try again to access your hyperlinks. There is also a Microsoft 'Fixit' for this if the first step is unsuccessful. Here is a link that might be useful: Hyperlinks are not working in Outlook

What email client are you using? When I want to email a link to a website I go to the url in the address bar and hi light that url copy it then go to the body of my email and paste the url address into the email and send.

I don't know anyone who supplies there real info to web based email accounts. Why would anyone do that?? What ever info you enter should be written down and saved somewhere though. If you should ever forget your password or your account gets hijacked they will ask you for you "information". After all they can't just send out passwords for accounts to just anybody who asks for it claiming to be the owner of said account. I learned this the hard way with my Yahoo account. They needed to know my birthday in order to retrieve my password for me and how the heck would I remember what I had put down when I signed up? Good-bye Yahoo email account. Some email services ask for your referrer email account too so take note of that also.

I tried both codes and could get neither to work. It must be something that I am missing??? Anyway..thanks to both of you for your help. And yes, Rob, I know what you mean about hitting the "reset" button by accident! J My form is for filling out if you are interested in a job. Name, address, certification, etc. Then we send by mail an application. It is working like I wanted it to except that when the "submit" button is clicked it shows that e-mail is being sent and then nothing else. I want it to link to a "Thank you" page. I think the information that I've been given about making the link is correct...I'm just not putting it into action correctly! Thanks, MaryAnn
