re-installing closet doors over laminate flooring

Hi, I've lurked extensively (and found LOTS of help here!) but I've searched and searched and can't find an answer to help me yet, so I had to post (I hope it's not an age old question! :-/)

Anyway...I installed my first laminate floor in a spare bedroom, I think it turned out really nice too! :-) But I'm not sure how to re-install the mirrored sliding closet doors I previously had (I removed them and the existing track to be able to run the flooring into the closet)

Can I just liquid nail the bottom track to the flooring or do I need to drill through the laminate to the concrete? Is there a preferred method?

Also, how do I line up the bottom track so the doors slide evenly? (it's been so long since I installed it, I'm not sure how I ever did it originally...or if I just lined it up based on where the old bifold track was)
