Cork, floating or glue-down tiles?

I know this has been discussed as I've searched and read every thread about this topic, but unfortunately I'm still confused.

Our installation is going to be the following:

Below grade (on concrete slab)

Radiant Heat

Kitchen

Everything I read says that these things require different installation types:

Below grade = floating plank

Radiant heat = floating plank

kitchen (wet area) = glue down tiles

Since our application requires different floor types, which do I choose? Which aspect of the installation is most important and should therefore determine the installation type?

Any information is greatly appreciated.
