Comments (2)The odds are the receiver in that unit quit working years ago. That opener as you know is very old and is not safe by todays standards. In addition to the code you set by the dip switches there is a radio frequency that must match. I would replace the entire thing....See MoreSears garage door opener.... HELP!!!!!
Comments (1)Bobby I am not familiar with any remote with a button that causes the door opener to quit working. My only suggestion is to call a technician and have him make sure you have 2 ways to get into that garage.
