Rita -- (or anyone else) -- Low sodium baking powder & soda ?s

Have you tried the no sodium baking powder from Ener-G or Featherweight (Hain)? Or the no sodium baking soda from Ener-G? I've been hesitant to try them just because I'm not sure that they would work well, and I'm worried that they would add a strange taste. I can't find them at any local health food stores, so I know I would have to order them online. I'm willing to give them a try, but I thought I'd check here first to see if anyone on the forum had already experimented with them.

Thanks,

Sue
