Thank you so much for your generous gifts, OMG I can't believe you sent all of this. Nancy sent me her homemade Peach Butter, Black Raspberry Jam, Annie's famous Salsa and a Fruit Compote. I also got herbal/green teas and caddies, dried cherries and a deep dish pizza pan ... WOW !!

I feel like it is my birthday and xmas rolled up in on :)

WOW! I knew Nancy would send some wonderful goodies and I was hoping she'd send some of her homemade butters!!

And Linda need the deep dish pan too!

Kathleen; You are almost as bad as me.If they were to Judge fruitcakes. I would get the Blue ribbon but you would be in the running, for second. When I had the Pizzeria, I would take a few Pizza's to a Club on a Sat.nite after closing. One time, Mickey Shaunessy was there on St. Patty's Day, performing. So I made 5 Pizza's shaped like Shamrocks and sprinkled them with Parsley and Green Peppers. When I arrived, He was at the bar ( where else? ) He opened one, yelled and started doing the Irish Jig. Our table was always full of drinks.But we never bought any. Nancy : My daughter is going to make a greeting Card, from the Photo? It would be good for Dominoe's ?

I love Brown Sugar Cookies, but haven't made them (yet) with chocolate chips. (I'm not a big fan of the CCC either, but once in a while they're kinda' good. I am another fan of Sol's recipes however!) FYI, just in case anyone wants to know...this cookie recipe (minus the chips) also makes a great tart crust. I filled the last one with peaches and it was Oh So Good!

Yes, lol, and a maid, LOL! After the Bistro and then Papashon, he returned to being his own boss catering. Half Moon Bay "Red Ginger" (exceptionally beautiful space still available if you're interested) chef was a favorite and last I heard, he is now a private chef for a movie mogul traveling the world. Devils Slide closing Hwy 1 destroyed the perfection they had created, Huge loss for us, I still cry, but hope he's happier than ever. Crab Landing just opened with a two story view of Pillar Point Princeton in the Harbor Village Mall. I'm most eager to dine there, I'm hearing good reports so far. www.Oceanohalfmoonbay.com have a delightful chef in their lounge. Nothing quite like upscale room service, lol. Most people have no idea how hard the work is behind the scenes. Thank you so much for La Tienda, one taste of the white anchovies and I was addicted. Do you serve them? I first tried them showcased as a salad and I'm so glad I did! Haven't been in your neck of the woods for a long time and would love to stop down to explore next trip to Indiana.

Lisa, we do pizza Friday's until football season and then it tends to shift to Sunday. Of course, since I've been set adrift tonight, I'm finding solace with the pizza thing. It's flat out shameful how ritualistic I can make the event. lol

Linda, I'm glad it got there without any jar problems. I have a Calphalon pizza pan that I really love for pan pizza, so I thought it would be a good prize for the pizza party. It's also a handy pan for roasting veggies, etc.

The Tea FortÃ© s are some of my very very fav teas.
I love the caddies..the tea bags..the leaves..and the the cups they sell..The large white one is my next purchase!

I just made some artisan bread toast with Nancy's peach butter, who says breakfast is just for mornings :)

Ohiomom, you are gonna love all those fabulous preserves and that pan is so very, very cool!

Oh....and if that bag of cherries is missing in the morning....I flew in, broke into your house and ate them!! MMMMMMMMMM!!!

OM, you're going to love Nancy's home canned stuff, it's wonderful. I've had the peach butter, the black raspberry jam, the fruit compote. It's all wonderful.

Plus, it's a really nice day for a hot cup of tea and some toast. Enjoy it all.
