Mercedes and Porsche have a V-8 engine, just like my dad's Ford. Must be the same thing, right? Neither sofa system is better. There is no suspension system that is "better", IMO, because it more depends on how its made. A Pirelli system done well, with the appropriate cushion filling, will last and hold up very well. But it can be done cheaply too. Even an 8-way system done sloppy will just fall apart. I saw this once on a very expensive Drexel leather sofa. We used to sell Emerson leather, at the time a very respected "8-way" brand. The same model would sit completely different each time we ordered it. They got sloppy at the end. Personally, I don't much care for Pirelli, but I've not had problems with the ones we've sold. I strongly recommend that you don't allow kids to jump on a Pirelli sofa, more so than other kinds. If you want to know which is the "better" sofa, I'd vote for the Omnia. We definately want leather, reclining, and high backed sofa. Any advice on these two or others greatly appreciated. This category is dominated by junk. I've not sold Omnia, but it has a good rep. I like Jaymar, real quality there. Good Luck!

I just saw this line at Macy's it looks very pretty. I've had 2 Natuzzi sofas and have been very happy.

We bought an Omnia sectional about a year and half ago, and I'd say we are less than impressed. The leather is nice, but the cushions on the back are already getting saggy, and require "fluffing." The velcro to hold our loose cushions is so loud we had to put fabric over the velcro so that they don't make noise every time someone shifts (defeating the point of the velcro). The frame has been squeaky since they day we got it and we are still working to see if this can be resolved. The leather at the top/back of the back cushions does not go down far enough so that the backing fabric can be seen from the rear of the couch, our couch floats in the the great room so this is less than ideal. At this point I kinda wish Omnia or the dealer would just take it back. So while their warranty may appear great when issues arise be prepared for a long process to get things resolved (hopefully). The details of this couch leave a bit to be desired.

Bought the Natuzzi Brama delivered 7th Dec 2024. flagged same problem with cushion very baggy and unsightly on one section of the corner settee within 2 days of delivery. They arranged appointment with technician outside 30 day legal obligation to refund so put in a request for a refund. Engineers report was a whitewash in favour of Natuzzi and said it was normal! This did not reflect the conversation we had . Natuzzi denying any liability. Negative reviews reflect this scenario so wonder if this ’independant company’ works in favour of Natuzzis to refuse to provide a repair, refund or replacement. All seems a bit dodgy to me! requesting section 75 with my credit card and putting negative reviews on Trustpilot and other sites. Trustpilot good reviews of 4.8 are because they ask customers at time of sale to upload a review on Trustpilot which occurred with me and i declined. wouldn't deal with this company again .
