If you're a cat lover, the joys outweigh any other issue. If you haven't lived with one yet, here are a few things to know
Full StoryNeed help please: despite almost weekly cleanings my P68 will regularly overfeed partially burned pellets into from burnpot--the auger just will not stop feeding even though burn pot is full. When I had a tech come out he solved it temporarily by cleaning ESP probe and vacuuming out feeder body area. My understanding is feeder body area should be cleaned once a year, but pellet dust shouldn't be accumulating so much as to require cleaning every 2-3 weeks.
Am I missing something with routine maintenance that is not detailed in the manual? Could a probe or part need replacing?
Thanks, Fred
