Im bummed b/c I may have to return a Restoration Hardware dresser

Bought this dresser from Restoration Hardware http://www.restorationhardware.com/r...02&navCount=36

and after a few months the drawers couldn't be pushed in. At first I thought that maybe the wood was swelling from moisture but a pro furniture fixer came out and said that the whole dresser was sagging preventing drawers from fitting through slot. It was deemed unfixable and Restoration Hardware replaced it. Now I'm afraid the same thing is happening again but just one drawer this time. Is this a carpentry or wood defect? Anyone experienced something similar? Just want more info before I call RH again.

I really like the look of the dresser and that the dressers are made with cedar. Anyone have a link or a resource of something similar? Thanks!
