New to this whole 'Gym Thing'
Just joined a gym 3-4 weeks ago.
Doing 30 min treadmill then either upper or lower resistance trainig.
I get out, usually in about one hour.
Scale at Gym must me broken and stuck at 158# LOL.
But noticing that tummy roll is looking better.
This is a good thing!!!
So far, my fears of dreading this have dissolved. AM
