the Leslie Sansone "Short Cuts" set of tapes and if so, what do you think of them? I'm thinking about getting these and using them along with her "Walk Away The Pounds Express" videos.

Sorry, the only one I have is the Walk Away The Pounds. But I'm sure by using both you won't be displeased with the results.

Thanks Pam for your reply. I also have the "Walk Away The Pounds". I had actually forgotten I'd written this question, and to make matters worse I've forgotten what the "Shortcuts" tapes are-----LOL! Must be having one of my ever increasing senior moments. Anyway, I guess I'm doing OK with the Walk tape. I'm up to 3 miles, but once you're past a certain age I don't think you can expect quick results. I'm doing them 5 days a week. We'll see. Better than doing nothing, I guess. If anyone has something that gets faster results please share.

YOU CAN GET many seeds right from food stores ,for less than postage you can buy whole dried : beans ,peas, lentils , popcorn , some herbs and plant them . Save the seeds from your favorite Winter squash , melons, red tomatoes, red peppers, tomatillos soak them in a quart jar of water for 4 days the rinse them off then dry them off at 60 degrees .

You didn't say - But is your son in any sort of Early Intervention program or PPCD? If he's 3, has fine motor skills deficits, and has no speech as indicated from your other posts, there's more going on than workbooks can fix. Do you know what it is? And is he getting the therapy he needs? There are several of us here who have children with developmental difficulties, and we can help you get started if needed.

Does anyone have a Kohler Smart Divide Sink or have an opinion?

I decided on getting the new Vault, which is also Smart Divide. We wash a lot of dishes by hand, so I need two sides, and I like all the accessories that Kohler has, like the dish drain/rack. I do a lot of cleaning in the kitchen by filling one side with dish soap and clorox, using a dish towel to wipe everything down. Having two bowls lets me do that easier and faster..... ....and having that lower bridge in the middle means if I forget and leave the water on, I won't flood the entire kitchen.... ...not like that has ever happened! LOL
