Hi Dirtgirl, I don't know my warblers either. Did you happen to notice it's wings? I've never had the luck of seeing a Cerulean. Keep looking. From my books it looks like they have black/white wings with 2 white wingbars. I think I would go crazy if I saw a Cerulean! Not too much here yet, although this week will probably bring them. I am hearing Bob White's. We have tons of redwing blackbirds, and some meadowlarks and carolina chickadees. I saw a tiny bird in my honey locust, but when I got my binocs up, it was gone. I was thinking kinglet. I usually have to take my birdbook out with me, or I never know what warbler I'm looking at. Oh.....I have been hearing a yellow warbler and maybe a common yellowthroat. Can't wait for all the rest of them!

Hi, I just started anorex on Thursday and was wondering what other side effects/results you may have experienced. Did I waste my $$?? I have a very bloated feeling right now and I am going to the potty quite often. I am trying to drink a lot of water to replenish and maybe flush out my stomach ache so maybe it is just a short term thing, I sure hope so! My stomach is so uncomfortable that I wonder if that is what turns you off to eating, it is just such a full feeling like I just had two thanksgiving dinners. I need to lose 40 pounds and I am really going to commit to diet and working out b/c I know that is key. I feel like if I could just fit in to some of my old clothes, I would be motivated and could lose this weight by summer - at least 25. Its like once you start seeing results, you want to go on, but if you are feeling flabby, you say what the heck a whole sleeve of oreos at 11:00 PM doesn't matter b/c I am already fat! I am so so disgusted with myself right now and having to hide under big shirts b/c I cant even zip my own pants! I refuse to go up any more sizes so I am hoping anorex can get me started. I am wondering if this bloated feeling goes away and what I can look forward to, hopefully some success with this. Would appreciate hearing other's results....thanks!!

Oh, Graywings, I never thought I'd be jealous of someone getting the fast track system but I am. DH set up the garage perfectly 5 years ago when we moved in. He used the rubber-coated hangers you screw through the drywall into the studs. He was so proud of it I didn't have the heart to point out that he didn't allow for growth. Now that we've purchased a few more shovels, irrigation hoses, ect...its becoming a mess. He keeps trying to hang multiple items on 1 hanger. I've mentioned the fast track system to him several times but he's determined to make his original idea work. That fast track system really looks great. I hope it works for you.
