You are all so kind! Thank you. I can go hours now without coughing -- on a *pill* three times a day to limit that. I was doing nebulizer treatments every four hours -- now can go six hours. I got 'sprung' early just so I *could* get some rest. The supply room was opposite my hospital room, and the door-closer on it was broken. Every in and out there created a crashing KA-BOOM as it slammed shut, day and night. Staff seemed oblivious. (The meds room closer did work.) Have you eaten hospital food lately? I quickly learned to order the soup of the day, the tuna salad sandwich, and hot tea. The only egg choices were scrambled (no milk) or hard boiled. I hadn't seen those little cups of 'ice cream' since my junior high cafeteria. Interesting. Good nursing staff, and "I made it out"!

I ordered this: Surround. I had no trouble finding things to order for this fall: pumpkin, winter squash, and acorn squash seed. In the past the squash vine borers destroyed my summer squash and later pumpkin vines. The kaolin clay is supposed to work against those too. I will be applying the kaolin clay to newly set Big Beef, DWY, Pink Accordian, Paul Robeson, Kosovo, Mortgage Lifter, and Rutgers tomatoes. They are showing some real gusto. Others are dead: Prudence Purple, a weakened Big Beef, Orange Blossom. Others that are struggling and/or not setting: Brandy Boy (in the raised bed, I don't think this is the norm for this variety) , Indigo Apple, Green Zebra. Principe Borghese is not thriving. Sweet Million seems to be slowing.

Thank you SO much for your kind words and encouragement!! My cardio classes are at 2 different places with 2 different groups. One, I'm more of a newbie, just a few weeks. And yes, I'm getting to know the people and they're talking with me more. Just last week a lady commented that I got my hair cut and it looks nice :-) I'm cheap, thrifty, frugal or downright a Timothy tightass. I won't pay a big price for jeans, and Blfenton and nekotish (hi!) I looked at the Mark's flyer and their jeans were $89. I checked Reitmans as well. The first place I looked were the usual second hand stores and they were all slim cut or not the right size. I agree with the slim/tight jeans feeling like compression socks! Anyway, I'll make a point of deliberately looking harder. A g/f likes tOld Navy, and even though she must be a size 0 I'll take her with me. I've never even been inside the store. Edited to correct the name of the jeans store.
