Appears to be a grape vine. There is also part of a Passiflora visible. Is it meant to be an ornamental grape vine such as Vitis vinifera 'Brant' grown for foliage colour as much as grapes? Here is a link that might be useful: Vitis vinifera Brant

I have what your looking for dear. I make these every year, an no craftylady, they are not styrofoam balls, they are very elegant beaded glass ornaements. I make mine with swarvski crystals just dripping off of them. Even my hot air balloons drip in onyx and crystals, or amythist, or jade,,,I have a blast making these, an would be willing to scan a few of my books for you. You can find alot of patterns online, but alot are just dreary looking. I have found them cheaply at around 5.00 a pattern. I have lots of tall clear vessels, they are all filled with silver/gold/blue glass balls, silver bells, silver glitter stars, etc right now. You think if I just did one or 2 with pink and orange balls and maybe threw something else in there that was not at all Christmas (like what I have no clue) then it wouldn't look Christmasy? Then if I extended that into the kitchen which is open to the dining room could I do that without it looking Christmasy? At what point have I gone over the line and stepped into the 'oh you were just trying to use your Christmas balls at times other than Christmas' arena?;)
