Love the colors & that pic has really pushed me into loving bitones even more. I did this very thing. Because I was in the process of selling and needed to purchase a new home in a timely fashion. I had been scouting the market and had several on my list. My realtor prepared several offerings,all beginning with the same offer amount. I did not have time to do a lot of dickering. In fact, the owners of the house that I bought nickeled and dimed to the point that I was ready to move on to the next contract. Sellers really need to realize that negotiations are not a game. Whining over a couple of thousand could cost you the whole enchilada. One final note. I was planning to make an offer on a home and the listing agent told my realtor "we have several offers, BUT tell you client to go ahead and offer." I declined because I didn't have time to be in a bidding war. The house is STILL on the market; for more than a year now. Buyers know the market. Tactics that worked in a sellers market do not apply.

Hello sunshine and by the way Happy Thanksgiving!! The turkey is in the oven and it smells so good .Sunshine I did a little research after I posted and it brought me to a thread from this same forum in 2011 . The general concensus was that it would die off or it should be cut off . I guess it's not that unusual for this to happen . Laura's pic was so beautiful love that white fruit .
