Thanks everyone, I have really enjoyed most of it lol! I find had work relaxing. Jennifer, lol, that was the one thing I knew was right! Marsha, It's going to be a quilt. I finished all but the very top piece and put it aside 'cause the letters and musical notes intimidated me. The rest of it was much more fun than the top. Sharon, I have made needlework that was reversible. I really don't know why 'cause it was a belt lol! I crocheted a Tuscan afghan and tried to embroider a floral design on it and it looked so bad on the back I took it apart. I'll take a pic and post the back. I don't carry, I tie off each small design. The correct way to do embroidery is start and finished by running the ends of the yarn through about 4 of the previous stitches. Yeah right, like I am going to do all of that work and just watch it unravel the first time it's washed lol! I begin mine with small knots and finish with small knots. I have seen needlework that is as gorgeous on the back as the front, something tells me mine will never be lol! I was having a hard enough time getting the front to look presentable without worrying about the back. Rosa

Anj, this one is volume two, so you may have been looking at the other one. I'm not sure whether I have it or not--I guess I really should do an inventory of my books. I've been through them so many times that I can usually remember what book something is in and then go dig through the shelf till I find it. There really are some cute designs in this one--I just have a hard time figuring out what to paint them on. Phonegirl, you are right, Bebe should be through with her class. She gets so busy sometimes. I did look at her blog a few days ago and didn't see any updates. Good idea, we should give her a shout. I don't worry too much if there's not too many looking. I know others will usually come by when they have time. I'm more concerned with keeping myself busy painting so there will be things to look at when someone does come by! LOL Luvs
