Clip Art Free Site/Software

I searched for free clip art and came up with a batch of clip art sites that say free, but when you go to them, they want you to register, and in some, "contribute" to the site. I did find two that were truly free, but they didn't have what I was looking for.

Does anyone know of a good clip art web site and/or a good softeware package? I have the disk that came with both my WordPerfect and Word, but they are both rather limited.

Why not register? I always do but use an online email address like Yahoo, Hotmail or similar so I can abandon it if the Spam gets too much. Also I never give a correct home address if they call for one. You might remember too to run a scan on your computer after visiting those free clipart sites in case you have unwanted cookies or spyware.

Are you looking for clipart on any specific subject or just some random things that catch your eye?

The clipart Microsoft offers isn't bad, especially if you know how to ungroup it and recolor or move things around.

You can also use the Clip Art to decorate your envelopes. I had a friend who used to do that and decided last year I'd try it. Everyone love it and raved about how different it compared to receiving "plain old envelopes". This year I'll be doing the same thing and mixing and matching different designs. It's really lots of fun.
