Peg, I don't know how it started. I think most people my email was returned, or they did not open it after I posted on all my visiting forums. This week 4 people from the brugmansia forum have had their email hacked. The latest email is asking for $2500, to help pay a hotel bill in the UK. You usually don't even know until somone sends you an email. I saw pages and pages of returned emails, scared me to death. Thanks to a friend of mine telling me to run the security check. I went to McAfee, it said your computer is security, no action required. I ran the security check anyway. It found 4 virus files and tracking cookies. I am so glad I did. So far no more problems. I got one the other day with "Hi" and my first name instead of 'hey'. Same principle.

You can have your email enabled in your My Page page, so that people can click on your name, and then will be able to email you directly. You must do the following four things; if you didn't do even one of the 4, your email won't show up in your My Page page: At the bottom of the Kitchens Forum page, click where it says "Member Services". Then click where it says "Edit your Personal Information, Page and Preferences". Then, log in, and do the following: 1) Type in your email address in both boxes. 2) Near the bottom of that same page, there is a pull-down menu for "Show my email address to", that gives you the option of "None" or "Members" or "All". Click on "Members", and make sure "Members" stays in that view box. 3) Where it says "allow other users to send you email via forms at our site", click on that box (a check appears). AND 4) Click on the box that says "Save your Member Profile". Again, if you omitted any ONE of the above steps, your email option will not appear on your page.

Sometimes a folder will lock up and refuse to delete if you've recently opened something in the contents of the folder. It sees the folder as "busy" and will not release it until you reboot or wait some indeterminate amount of time. Try rebooting and then delete again.
