Jacquelyn, You find the most wonderful things! I love those. I wish I understood how to use graphics in my crafts. Sure faster and more detailed than the painted items I do. Luvs

Sorry I didn't post the contents of my box sooner. It was one of those weekends. In my box from Jenny, I found A dark chocolate candybar, the kind with chilis in it Baileys chocolate candies Flower shaped photo frame magnet Pomegranate hand lotion, smells yummy A wooden knic knack with the word "garden" A hand made dish rag which she explained she knits with her grandmother. My dil has made a few of these for me and they are great. She has told me they make great face cloths too so I am going to use this for that purpose so it can be just for me. :) A neat magnetic bookmark which is going to be quite handy. Homemade seed envelopes with pretty little paper clips attached to each one along with a pretty pen. Several great packages of seeds. Thank you Jenny for the great box of goodies. I am enjoying candy as I type. Purpleacres has not posted because she hasn't received her box yet. I hang my head in shame and keep kicking myself in the butt for not taking care of shipping it myself since it was so time sensitive. I am truly sorry it was not there on time. Since there is no mail delivery today, she should have it tomorrow. Margo

Wanda.. I don't think I 'Welcomed' you. It's nice to see your post. What a cute and festive table. I agree with the others...those S&Ps are really nice, as is that cameo vase.. and the flowers you have in them are beautiful. Love what you did with tablecloth and placemats..I'm a sewer too..and Love to see another sewer. I'm glad I read that you said Cracker Barrel has out their Bunny Dishes... For Sure I'm having DH drive me (about an hr away) to have 'Breakfast'...LOL...with the REAL intent to snag some more of those dishes. I got a couple in FL last year, and was sorry I didn't get a couple more. I've been searching on the internet for them..and Ebay has them but for more than double what I paid.. The prices were high..but I just couldn't resist..they are so cute.

Unisex 4th grade valentine's day goodie bags

Thanks again, everyone. The goodies bags were a hit. I got them really cute little notebooks and mechanical pens, masks, mustaches, glow in the dark necklaces and one, plain Hershey bar. But I am actually writing to pass along a great idea. One of my daughter's class mates made up Valentines that were so cute. It was a little snack size bag of cereal (I think they are Golden Grahams). Stapled across the top was a label that said ,in script, "I cerealsly hope you have a Happy Valentine's Day". A clear plastic spoon was attached with a pink ribbon, and the child wrote the "to" and "from" names in pink marker. I loved it, and so did my DD.

Are they actually dominoes???

I have tons of old ones...but they are the wooden ones and don't have smooth finishes.

I love the postcard one.

Pattico - I could use some of your dominoes - haven't been able to find any wooden ones. I am wanting to make a clock using an old 33 or 78 record, and use the appropriate dominoes for the 4 main numbers (3, 6, 9, and 12) Wouldn't that be cool? Bet they would sell at a craft show, but I want one for my breakfast room.

danaoh...you mean like a 12-blank and a 3-blank...and a 6 and 9?

I know I wouldn't have a 12...because the old ones came from a double 9 set I think.

I have one full set of those and another one I let the kids play with...Then I have a set that looks like the wood one but I believe they are a composit of some sort. But they are also only a double 5 or 9

If I have a 3,6, and 9 you could sure have them...but I don't know what to tell you about the 12. Try freecycle to see if anyone has any old ones they give away.
