PC won't boot past POST

I have a PC that is only about a year old. Yesterday, it suddenly wouldn't boot past POST. It gets to the end of POST and just reboots. It never gives me any options for the OS (Windows XP).

Here's what I see up bootup:

Phoenix - Award WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG

K8M800 Micro AM2

Main Processor: AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+

Memory testing shows OK

CPU0 Memory Info: DDR2 533 Single-Channel, 64-Bit

It then identifies the hard-drives just fine.

Next it goes to the Hardware Monitor display:

CPU Vcore = 1.40V

NB Voltage = 1.64V

+3.3 V = 3.31V

+5.0 V = 5.08V

+12.0 V = 11.96V

DDR Voltage = 1.92V

LDT Voltage = 1.23V

Voltage Battery = 3.23V

CPU Temp = 42 C

CPU Fan Speed = 2083 RPM

SYS Fan Speed = 2596 RPM

It gets this far and then it reboots. I get no beep codes or error messages. I get a single beep at boot initialization.

Does anyone know what's going on here and how to remedy it?

Thanks
