Closed cell foam and radiant barrier

I'm doing a major remodel and have the walls down to its studs. I am insulating by caulking all the seams, then spraying 2" of closed cell foam between the studs to get R-14.

I have many expansive "walls of windows and doors", which means that I also have solid wood headers and studs that cannot be insulated with foam (furring out more than 1/4" is not an option). I was originally planning to add 1/4" of styrofoam insulation (they look like sill plate insulation but come in large fan-folded sheets) over the entire wall, including all headers, studs and the dead air space over the closed cell insulation, before putting up drywall. My first question is, will I have any problems with this combination?

I am also considering using foil-bubble-foil radiant barrier instead of 1/4" styrofoam over the entire wall which would bring it to R-20 or so. My questions are, is this radiant barrier over-kill, and would this setup cause moisture problems due to the double vapor barrier?
