Margaret, Your subject line gave me a chuckle. Why would you need to upload problems from your desktop? I had to read to find out. How did those problems get to your desktop? Do you need an app for that? Can I put my problems there, too? Once they are uploaded, will the cloud keep them away? English is such a fun language.

Locate the picture you want to send and select it with a single left-click. Don't open the picture. Now, use a single right-click and find the menu item which says SEND TO...MAIL RECIPIENT. If your default mail program is configured properly, it should start a new blank email message and should automatically ATTACH your picture to it. You won't see the picture but you should see a message that it is ATTACHED. Then enter the email address and send it. If you still have a problem after this, the possibilities are: too many pics being attached to the same message you are exceeding the size limit for file transfers imposed by either your ISP or theirs your recipient doesn't know how to save the file attached to the message and open it.

If you have a third party email unitlty (Thunderbird, etc.), most of these have a "trash box". When you delete an email from either the "In Box" or "Sent Box" it goes to the trash box. To complete a deletion, go to the trash box and delete. Items deleted from the trash box are gone. This is a neat feature. For example, if you deleted a message while reading it in the "In Box" and then later wanted to retrieve it. you can. Merely move to the trash box, select the message and "Move" it to another box.
