Bluestar Venting through the roof

I could not find any related posts to this answer with much searching, so apologies in advance if I missed it.

But for a 30" Bluestar range/oven, it stated in the owners manual about using a 300cfm exhaust fan. My range is under an old hood with an undersized fan from the old range/oven. Eventually this will be corrected, but I am having a new shingle job on my house in a couple of weeks and want to m make provisions to exhaust my fan through the roof. My house is a ranch, so the piping will essentially go straight up from the kitchen through the attic and out the roof. It may have a bend or two, but the total distance will not be long...estimating less than 10 feet.

Does anyone know what type of roof device I need? And what size vent pipe (4,5, or 6" it should be able to be connect to)?
