Sub Zero Refrigerator Model 695 Condensation

We have had our Sub Zero 695 for 1 1/2 years... 2 summers. When the humidity is extremely high there is condensation on the outside of the freezer door. Is this "normal" or does it indicate a problem with insulation? It doesn't happen that frequently; as I said, the humidity has to be extremely high. The other problem - and this is bizarre - the first time we had the condensation, I put my hand against the freezer door to determine how wet it was. Well, now there is an imprint of my hand on the stainless steel, which I can't seem to remove, no matter what I try. There was nothing in particular on my hand when I touched the door. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Any advice?
