I know little about computers, especially laptops. A friend's built in USB receptacle's pins have flattened and/or broken. I don't know how to remove the case to get to it. What would you do? Is there a usb adapter cable that might work with another outlet? Is there a site that will show how to remove the case? Thanks, Gene
