You have some serious Trojan Virus problems. I don't know how you got a HJT log if the computer keeps restarting. I see you just joined, so let me say welcome!! Just so you know, Service Pack 2 or SP2 is available. Service packs increase the safety of your system. Also Internet Explorer v6.00 SP1 (6.00.2800.1106) is out of date. In HijackThis, put a check mark in the following and fix. When you're done go turn system restore back on by unchecking the box. When you get it all fixed be sure and get the Microsoft updates, especially SP2.

alanis spacing and brackets (not parenthesis) must be exact when putting in a command this must be done exactly pay attention to the spaces and the brackets, put your key in place of the one in these brackets. Notice the space between c / and between x (bracket msiexec /x (299CF645-48C7-4FA1-8BCD-5CE200CF180D) and clicking OK. ok for some reasons this stupid reply box is changing what I am typing you need to use brackets and it is showing up here as parenthesis but be sure the spacing is properly done. You can see the actual way it should be typed on the link I had provided in my earlier post.

Hover your cursor over the little square that is there beside your picture or non-picture or avatar...and click on it...you should then have options of changing or selecting another picture.

Yoyobon said: WHY is a 13 year old allowed full use of the internet without restrictions and supervision? You are asking for trouble and you will get it I guess I didn't explain what NetNanny is well enough, my skids were never allowed to just go on the internet without restrictions or supervision. NetNanny is like cyberpatrol, it blocks all mature/adult content/ sex/ drugs/violence you name it. And the pages that the kids are allowed to browse are reported back to us so we see where they've been. Also we can turn the chat on/off and same for facebook/myspace etc. Or we can turn the internet access off completely for the hours that we choose. The only issue (big issue!) is with the chatting. We cannot control WHO they chat to, only that they chat. The agreement was that they would only chat to friends, and BECAUSE we monitored it we noticed it the first time that SD13 thought she was going to have a chat to Justin Bieber. But yes, it's too unsafe, at 13 you cannot see the dangers, so no more chatting. And CyberPatrol does look like a good program, it offers the same as netnanny. But unfortunately I've found no movies on the subject, however the NBC series might be a good step. Thanks for all the advice :-)
