heads up, typo in my email, be on look out for a second one

Hi everyone, I'm new to importing and currently exploring the idea of sourcing LED lights from China for my retail business. The potential cost savings look great, but I’m also a bit nervous about quality control, MOQs, shipping, and compliance. While doing research, I came across this detailed guide: 👉 Import LED Lights from China: A Step-by-Step Guide for Business Buyers It walks you through the entire process—from finding reliable suppliers, negotiating terms, handling shipping logistics, to understanding regulations and certifications (like CE, RoHS, UL). Super helpful if you're just starting out!

Daltile imports ICT Mexico. Try them. Far better company to deal with.

Cool example Joseph! "how do you find a good lighting designer?" I was fortunate that my designer also has a certificate (or multiple?) in lighting design, as well as an avid interest in it so she studies on her own. She went with me to a specialty lighting store where she knew the sales person, who also gave us a great deal of help - the kind of info and ideas that you'd not typically (or ever) get at a big box store. If you are working with a kitchen or other interior designer you could ask them, or ask at a specialty lighting store. To Joseph's point, it can make a difference! To be really effective, it helps if the lighting designer can come to your own space to see what you're working with in terms of natural light and potential shadows.
