zep516, Thanks for asking. I have not. Did eventually get my password changed for WinLive, which took an act of Congress, but snip it still not will send an email. I have spent a couple hours every day working on the situation and I have decided it just won't work for me.

owbist, thanks for the tip. I tried it but still no change. My email opens and accepts the 'TO' but when click 'send', a pop up ask for my password AGAIN. I can not get past this box. Thanks again for trying. plantbug

I want to thank you guys and girls with trying to help me. I finally figured out how to send a snip it the long way around:

1. open hotmail (do NOT try to send from snip it)
2. snip picture
3. copy the snip it
4. paste into a new message from the already opened hotmail account
5. add send to address and subject line
6. click SEND
7. long way around but it does work (will NOT work straight from the snip it)
