I am so happy to see this. I am the responsible party that started sending people from GW to LzD years ago, Zep was also here and there at that time and we knew that Corrine and the LzD team were the best of the forums because of how well they work with people who are in a bit of a panic situation, facing the taunting task of cleaning up an infected pc. Over the years I have sent a lot of people there and each one succeeded in completing the task and learned a lot in the process, including the courage to try more and learn more. That is a great thing. Corrine has a wonderful way of guiding and teaching as she helps step by step with clean up. She is without doubt one of the best out there! And she does this on numerous help forums on the web. Which is one of the reasons she continually receives the honored title of MVP yearly. She is extremely deserving. I am glad to call her a friend, and I am glad she never gets tired of me and my questions! LOL

Oh sorry I missed this somewhere. What browser are you using? Sometimes when you get the latest updates for the browser things like that can happen. I know the latest version of Firefox made changes to some of the bookmarks options. Yes you can drag and drop any of the folders, and various items to the bookmarks toolbar. In Firefox you click on bookmarks up top then organize and from there you can do all sorts moving and changes. Glad you got it sorted out. Again sorry I didn't see this sooner.

You can not put an old version like 5 of IE on your pc it is extremely dangerous and I really don't think it would allow it. What you need to do instead is go to the website for the product and find the new updates for it so it works with windows 8 if that is what your new pc is. Software manufactures put out new drivers and updates so that their products can be compatible with the new versions of windows. How old is the version of Picture it? it is from 2000? what version of picture it is it number wise 7? etc you can try to run in compatibility mode on your windows to see if it will let you do it. Compatibility Center check there to see what it says about the compatibility of it with windows 8 on the 8 forums site I found this comment so you may have luck with compatibility mode "I have just installed Picture It! 2000 on Windows 8 Pro 64 bit. I used compatibility mode for installation, and the program seems to need to run as administrator (just right click on the icon and select 'Run as Administrator'). Very smooth. I really like Windows 8. It seems to run lots of old hardware and software. Barry " How to Use Compatibility Mode on Programs in Windows 8 and 8.1 Microsoft Picture It check the answer there for more info.

yes it is definitely the dragon type program and not the tablet that is the problem. Do you know for sure if the one installed is specifically for the version of android on the tablet? Is your dragon touch tablet kitkat 4.4 Android? Make sure the dragon naturally speaking app is the one for that version. Which one of the Dragon apps is he using? I did not realize there were several of them. I was reading the reviews over on the play store and found where a representative had posted this information to someone that was having his app crashing too If you're still having these problems, please contact our customer support so we can help you and get more information: http://www.nuancemobilelife.com/support/usa/engusa/dragon-mobile-assistant and there are other similar apps he might like to try if that doesn't work out
