30' Gas Wall Oven for use during Power Outage?

After an early power outage this month, I was reminded of all the Thanksgiving dinners that never finished cooking because of power outages (kind of a standing joke out here in WA).

So I thought, hey no problem - I'm remodeling, I'll put in a gas wall oven instead of electric & the turkey will always make it! (Already doing gas cooktop). My mom had a gas oven when I was growing up & could light it with a match.

Well, I started reading all the fine print on today's models of gas wall ovens, and all of them say basically "you can't use during a power outage" possibly due to electric ignition? The only possibility I came across was Delonghi, but they only make a small 24" model it seems.

Anyone know of another manufacturer whose gas wall oven you can use during a power outage?

Any other clever workarounds out there? I do have a generator & could wire the electrical for a gas oven to my transfer switch.... But I was hoping for something I could run without the generator going!
