Electric Towel Warmers & Room Heat

I was planning on a hydronic radiator towel warmer to provide heat for the new bathroom until I was told I had steam heat - oh well. I have an old radiator in an awkward spot & want it removed. The room is approx 8x6.

Anyway, the contractor suggested a recessed Sunrad radiator. It was delivered today & I am not thrilled with the way it looks and don't know if I want it or a cut out in the wall of my new bathroom.

Does anyone use an Electric Towel Warmer (on a timer) to heat their bathroom or have any experience with a Myson electric towel warmer for bathroom heat or the Runtal Omnipanel? I'm in the NYC area if that matter regarding winter weather. I'll also be getting "warm floors" which I know won't heat the bathroom.

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions.
