Problem w/ Flash

Lately I have been getting frozen screen with the note about flash and asking about if I want to continue or stop plug in. When I say continue it takes a moment to resume.

I have re installed both flash and plug in but still from time to time get that msg . I know the flash I am using is up to date as it tells me so .... any ideas on this thanks .

My Flashplayer crashes all the time when I play Zynga games. Does it happen on all websites/activities?

Does the problem continue to happen when you try different browsers, or only on one?

I've had minor problems with the last/current version of Flash Player locking up the browsers and stopping internet for a few moments when on certain webpages. I assume it will be fixed soon as I've notice several others having seemingly identical issues. Its supposed to be more safe than previous versions.. they update it mostly for protecting us from newer threats. If you think you need it .. install it. If you don't miss it.. don't install it. Adobe Flash player problem - won't work

First guess: Are you installing the correct version; I.E. vs. Non-I.E.? If you are doing a "run-install" you absolutely have to be downloading the proper version. If you are doing a "save-install" you can use any browser to download-save-install either version, but it will only effect the target browser.. In my case I have FF, Opera, Google, SlimBrowser and I.E.9 installed on the system so I have both versions of Flash installed. Use the tool below to uninstall whatever you currently have installed. This is just one reason I seldom use Firefox. Seems they've had lots of problems lately with add-ons, apps, and other necessities. I mostly have used Chrome and just do not have these sorts of problems.

Second the unplugging experiment. Unplug it from the wall for a period of time. The unplugging of things goes way back to the early '70s. Some persons servicing the million dollar computers would power everything off for almost any mysterious undiagnosed problem and then proceed with diagnoses if the problem didn't disappear.

PKponder ...yep when I play those online games and Snidely it doesn't seem to matter which browser... mind you guys it doesn't happen all the time . Oh well I will just live with it I guess ...thanks all for the feed back.

Has this been an issue since the most recent Flash upgrade?

For security reasons I don't recommend this, but if resolving this issue is important to you reverting to the prior version of Flash may be a solution.
