Greenhouse growing is slightly different from open growing, so some of us won't be able to give you specifics about your environment, but there's plenty of information people can share about the varieties you're growing. Others do grow in greenhouses, so you should get some useful tips from them. GardenWeb has a great Search feature, so you might get a lot of useful information by searching your tomato cultivar names to see what the experience of others has been with taste and productivity, etc.
