Blue Star is making changes to their service department

After reading the posts describing problems getting in touch with Blue Star, I emailed Dennis Costello today to ask what's happening. He responded within a couple of hours saying that Blue Star is changing/upgrading their service department. There is a small backlog of requests but they are working to get caught up. So, hopefully the problems that some people are experiencing right now are a blip because of this reorganization.

Dennis Costello (or dcunited) said he can no longer post because he put is phone number in a post and got banned. But he can be reached at Pacific Sales. He was quite responsive every time I contacted him. FWIW. I still haven't ordered a range! (Getting close).
