You open it and they will come :-)) That's a bit tongue in cheek, I know - of course you do need to have some stock on hand initially, but you will be surprised how rapidly vendors and suppliers will find YOU and come calling. There's lots of industry trade publications out there and most of them are free: Nursery Retailer, Lawn and Garden Retailer, Garden Center Magazine are a few that come to mind. And look into joining some trade assocations as well, like Garden Centers of America, ANLA, local landscape and nursery associations, etc. Great for networking. I purchased a "new" KA refrigerator off Ebay from a dealer in L.A. The refrigerator arrived with a few barely noticeable scratches and dents. Nothing worth the hassle of returning. However, once we started using the refrigerator we noticed the french doors did not close as tightly as they should have. Occasionaly we would notice the doors had opened by themselves causing the refrigerator temp to be much higher than it should be. Not very energy efficient! I wish I would have just paid the extra to get a brand new one from a local dealer. I also purchased a KA wall oven/microwave off Ebay. Brand new from a Dealer in TX. Oven arrived in perfect condition and worked wonderfully! Saved alot of money on this one! So it's probably hit and miss. You have to decide if the gamble is worth the savings.

Panasonic microwave oven model NE-7850 (700 watts) purchased in 1983 and still running. Replaced light bulb, fuse, turntable belt (turntable belt was the most recent replacement, July 2009.) I love the layout of the touch pads, it just has four buttons for time entry. 10 minute, 1 minute, 10 second, 1 second. So if you wanted 5 minutes and 30 seconds, you would hit the 1 minute button 5 times and the 10 second button 3 times then start. Six power levels. Auto Cook, Auto Defrost by weight. Push button pull handle. Built solid and very heavy. Quiet. Realizing this thing wont last forever I replaced it with a Panasoinc NN-H965B but hanging on to the old one. The new Panasonic can't compare to overall quality of the 26 year old model. Already I don't like the push to open button under the touch pads. Door gets all finger prints from just closing the door and it's black, not stainless. Very noisy fan, way noisier than the old one. Very hollow sounding when closing the door and light in weight. Closing the door pushes the whole oven back if it's not against the wall. It has a good button layout and is not confusing but display is not as clear and looks washed out (especially when not viewing the display at eye level, this is a countertop model so you do look down at it). I know I'll never get 20 years out of it but I'll have the old one to fall back on.

So apparently virtually everything must work, just depends on personal preference. I have been very satisfied with the Weiman spray cleaner & polish and micro fiber cloth. One small spray, rub it with the grain (very important)and it shines better than new and takes about 15 seconds. Seems to last forever also, been using one can on Stove/Microwave/Fridge/Dishwasher for over 5 months now pretty regularly, at least once a week and can hardly notice there is any missing in can, so I am sure one can is going to last at least a year or more.
