Can't Open Site

I had bookmarked a site and now when I try to open it, I get the following message:

The file /hsphere/local/home/philken/kennedyhardware.com/DSEFU.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_fre_5.2.so ionCube PHP Loader to be installed.

The first part is all bolded and then ionCube PHP Encoder is underlined as well as ionCube Loader.

I haven't a clue as to what this means and why I can't open the site.

Any ideas?
