My,my, my, How did I get so lucky? Kate, I really like garden scenes, thank you! Beautiful daylilys. Kate, Joe's and Pug's Kate, LOL. Thank you sweet one. Maureen, is that daylily one that you grow? Carla

No........... I am living amongst a bunch of people that do not understand my plant obsession, even my mother who's mother was a garden extrodinaire (the woman could grow anything) doesn't understand, but she did get me a digital camera (WHOO WHOO) for my birthday:):) I have already gone out and taken pics of my pine tree and what the ice did to it (and the branch that now has no pine needles on it because of a careless you know what!) I got a new wedding set from hubby, the originals were stolen off my microwave and the guy that did my set, he set his own, all were totally original, he went out of buisness:(( I have a set that I went out and got from Wal-Mart just so I would have something on my finger, but we finally picked out one that is similar to my first set, and I don't care where I work, this time it is staying on my finger! I worked at a turkey farm working the birds and was afraid of losing it out there so I didn't wear it to work, hubby had a employee in the house and was writing up a estimate, next time I went to put it on it was gone, he was the only other person then us in the house so I assumed..... I have been looking at all the hosta sites here lately, missed out on the Hill Gardens sale:( then I went over to Jims Hostas and although he has some wonderful Hostas all I could do was dream, some heavy duty price tags there! I know there is a hosta nursery somewhere around here, someone mentioned it one time, but I can't find it, want to go visit it this year, if you can believe it I have never been to a nursery where they specialize in just hosta:( that is my goal this spring, and by golly I may make it! michelle

Lizards don't bother me, and I think they are cute. I have a lizard carving (from Indonesia) in my kitchen, but no real lizards. I had chameleons in Austin that would sit on the ferns in my yard and lick water off the fronds after I had watered them. Occasionally, one would get into the house, but then the exhaust from my stove consisted of a hole in the wall which was in front of where my ferns were. At my parents house, I once opened the silverware drawer to find a HUGE cottonmouth snake that had crawled up along the kitchen sink pipes. I was about 12 at the time and had never been so scared in my life. I tried to scream, but no sound would come out. My father had to take it outside and kill it. He normally didn't kill snakes because he thought they ate mice and rats, but they also stole chicken eggs. Plus a cottonmouth is very poisonous. I'm fine with spiders, except for black widows. Tarantulas make me nervous also, especially when they migrate in huge hoards. When I was about 8, I was surrounded by a huge hoard of them on my grandfather's ranch. Unfortunately, I was barefoot at the time and was trying to pick my way through a sticker patch, and so running away from them was not an option. Also, they are very good jumpers. Lars

Tinker Congrats! to you - is your head spinning yet? I will preface by saying the only scroll i did was view the Model kit & great room - The colors are too salmony/pink in those - Did not read any responses My ? was other colors in the kitchen I love that copper color so if it ties in I think I may be inclined to use that - But I will have to table that until I review your entire layout, kitchen materials Sofas 1. "Safe" 2. Works 3. Has ugly Upolostery & front legs don't match scale of the sofa - rendering it odd - Funny because I have those legs on a sofa I love in my home... 4. I'll just vote no Chairs 1&2 don't look comfy to me - so I'd say they are more accent like, and won't keep people long #3 has queen ann feet that aren't relating to anything else in the room that I can see - (besides les doesn't like QA ;] - so out of that lot 4 or 5 BTW have you looked at LEE industries - I'll post below - made in USA - excellent quality - many fabrics to choose from as well as sizes
