html to mp3?

I have a piece of music from the web that came as background to a browser connection, html. I saved the html to my desktop and it appears the saved file/folder contains the music. When I activate that file, with Firefox, the music plays and looking at my DSL modem it doesn't appear that there is any exchange going on with the Internet..i.e., the music is on the desktop. The html file is only 12Kbytes so the companion folder, "name_files" that is over 4 MBytes, must contain the music.

Is it possible, to burn a CD in mp3 or other music protocol, from the html file and its companion file?
