Server not found error

My son has a domain name..I know nothing about things like this. He has moved his bible site to 110mb web hosting. He gets server not found but I & a couple others see his site just fine. GoDaddy.com has no idea why. The only help in the site is a forum. He hasn't got an answer from there & wonder if he will. Do any of U have any ideas what he could be doing wrong? He is disabled & this site is very important to him.

is he able to access other sites ok?
He may want to add that site to his safe sites list in his browsers.
what browser is he using and has he tried using a different browser to see if he can access with that browser? Those are the first steps.

Also clear the cache/ temp files in his browsers, accept cookies from that site.
you can google any of those topics and find how to do them quite easily, but include the browser name and number in your search.

Kay: Oh my. I'll admit that I've done that myself. Thought I had uploaded to my computer, put the card back in and hit the format button to clear the card. My "what was I thinking" moment. Not to mention, forgetting to put the card back in the camera and heading out to the garden and wondering why the camera won't work. My "duh" moment. LOL. Marg: Scary not to find pictures. Proxy server can't be found....HELP

She may have installed a hide ip type program for security most likely. Which connects to a proxy server then that proxy server goes to web address's she wants and resends data to her. Might look in the Control Panel at 'Internet Options' 'Connections' LAN button and uncheck the proxy server. And/Or find and uninstall the hide ip proxy program she installed.

Yes,I thought maybe the bad stock market caused the problem with Fidelity but when Weather.com gave the same message but I could still go to any other site I didn't know if Java or some such thing got corrupted. Thanks to both of you for responding/

I've got that "Internal Server Error" a number of times, especially when I ask for a change in a lot of info re stocks. Usually I just go back and ask for it again. But I don't think that I've ever seen anything related to astrology in the message: looks spurious to me. Maybe it's an SOB, i.e "Skip On By". ole joyful
