OY! These are wonderful! Saucy you actually have an artful way with your camera already. Many of the shots you took have a lot of feeling in them. For instance I love that shot of the boat at the dock peeking out from behind the willow. I love the shadow of the boat on the water. I want to go down to that dock and sit in that boat lol. I knew from looking at the pics of garden 1 that they remind you of TN...I've never been to TN but I do imagine it looking like your pics. Girl,you are just a natural-before you know it you won't be just point and clicking! That pergola by the lotus pond looks heavenly! I could imagine sipping wine there and reading garden books. Sorry to have taken everyone off topic. What happened is that my daughter hit a patch of black ice on her way to work. Inexperience and an empty pickup were a bad combo. There were several things to be thankful for. My dh had tools in the truck and she had text books...all flying around her head as she turned over and over. She said she had visions of being killed by a wrench or her own math book! (So what you carry loose in the car can be a big problem) The side of the road she was traveling on has a big drop-off on one side, but she crossed the road and ended up upside down in someone's driveway. It was early Sat. morning, so there were no other cars around to be involved. That big crunch in the truck was from a brick lamppost she hit while flipping. Even though it was solid, about 2 x 2 ft and planted 4 ft into the ground with concrete, it was completely pulled out. Just thankful the box of the truck hit it instead of the cab. She ended up with bruises from her seatbelt and a new respect for cold mornings. (There was no frost or anything to indicate ice should be a problem that day, but there were so many accidents no policemen even made it to hers, since it was 1 car, no injuries.) God apparently had more things for her to accomplish, and we're glad of that. My heart flips and my stomach turns every time the phone rings when I know the kids are on the road. Our 3rd is just about ready for her license. The driving thing does add a whole new, scarier dimension to parenting! Now, back to scratched fridges, from before I got so dramatic!...

I had the U 2 error code again today. I was making instant noodle on the big hob with level 8 (no power boost), then I turned on the small hob to the right (same zone) of it to fry some eggs. I noticed once the small one was turned on, the boil in the big hob dramatically decreased and shortly after the big hob started blinking U 2. All otter burners seem to be fine so I moved my pot to the left hob to finish cooking. The big hob does not respond to any command. Once I was done cooking, I turned it off and ate my noodle. After I was done I checked he big hob again and it seems to work fine. Arghhh...

if u don't want to go the book route, how about a savings bond?? u pay $25 and in 15-20 (i forget which) years its worth $50., i know its doesn't sound like a lot but we did that for our kids since birth. for my oldest it paid half of her college bill in junior year. had the whole family on board and everyone did it when they were too little realize they really didn't "get" anything.. everyone always got them a little something to go with it, so when they we knew they should get presents, they had something to open.. the amounts go as high as $500 i think. did it for every occasion, it really adds up!!! $500 bond, $1,000 in allotted time plus interest if u hold onto them past the mature date....
