avg vs acdsee

I've been running ACDSee32 since 1998 and today AVG told me it has a Trojan... Here's what happened... I was on my web page and got an AVG notice that I had a Trojan, in ACDSee, without thinking I told it to put it in the virus vault... Then I started thinking about it.... I hadn't open a pic file there was no reason for ACDSee to open and it hadn't opened so there must not be a Trojan in the program... I figured that AVG burped or something ( gave me a false positive )... Since I can't take it out of the virus vault I tried to install the program again... Well AVG won't let me...

How can I override AVG and re-install my ACDSee???
